Vinraj Steels (P) Limited commenced operation in its modern, well-equipped unit located at Junglepur, Howrah in 2004. Starting with a modest capacity of 600 M.T. p.a. of cold-forged fasteners, the company, today, has an installed capacity of 4000 M.T. p.a. of cold-forged parts. Over the years the company has developed expertise in producing premium quality hex-shaped bolts and nuts.
Our fastneres are available in black, galvanized or plated finishes. The grades offered are 4.6/4.8/5.6/5.8 for bolts/screws and 4/5 for nuts. The company has a comprehensive quality assurance system in place for ensuring consistent product quality. Our fasteners are BIS approved for property class 4.6 for bolts/screws and 4/5 for nuts.
Finished hex nuts are used in conjunction with bolts
Hex head bolts are the industry standard for fasteners with forged head.
